For those who appreciate a touch of sophistication, the Executive Chinese Chef Lam Kok Weng's menu at the hotel's dining venues is a culinary delight not to be missed. the all-day dining at Plate offered a wonderful buffet breakfast with international cuisines, a great start to my days exploring the city.
